umm well i was just wondering bk my face is like permenatly red all the time but like all i do is wash with cetephil sometimes or splash water. and my face is like red all the time! but i havnt used a moisturizer for EVER! what about wind burn or something? i have no clue someone help me!

not a lot but medium. i have no knowledge about rosacea so yea but my face always itches when i excercise or like under my eyes are normal and around my mouth and my neck is normal color but everything is more red..looks really UGH! HELp?

It's probably not rosacea, since you are only 15. It usually appears much later in life. You probably have "acne redness", which is just redness associated with inflammarory acne
