This may seem like a dumb topic to start, but I, as a sufferer of acne (moderate to severe), am wondering if there is one acne treatment, out of everything in this site that has proven to be THE most effective way to stop acne for everyone...I need help.

accutane probley has the highest success rate....and the most side effects, but its up to you to decide if the trade off is worth it

yeah, I'm beggining to think accutane may be the absolute last resort for me....

Yeah accutane is the only thing that cleared me (4 years ago) but good luck trying to get it because doctors are much more strict now prescribing it... i have to go thru all these medications before my doctor will agree to let me back on it... it stinks... i wont lie the IB and experience on it is NOT fun! but the results are worth everyday of it

i'm actually glad my derm made me try stuff before accutain, since anti biotics actually cleared me lol
