whenever I see people with bad acne, I really want to tell them about this site, but if someone had said that to ME when I was all broken out, I wouldve been so embarressed people were concentrating on me visually like that. but I know if might help them tons, like its been a support for me. For instance, I was in the dermatologists office the other day and wanted to tell this girl so bad about this site, but I couldnt bring myself to do it. any suggestions? are there free business cards I can discreetly pass out to people?

If they see their acne as a problem, they are very likely to do an internet search. This site is the first one that comes up in google. So I wouldn't worry about it. They'll find it.

yes, i've been thinking of helping people with acne all around my school, and not trying to be rude at all, but right now it is time to worry about my self, when i am clear and confident, i am going to heal and support so many people!

When people ask what I did to clear up my face, or get rid of a pimple, I tell them to look here. Or if I am telling them about using something new, I tell them I learned it here.

Yeah, I don't exactly feel COMFORTABLE walking up to someone and saying ''Hey, are you a member at acne.org? You could really get some good ways to clear up your acne!"

It would make people think you're rude.

I would rather people didnt mention it, as i would feel a lot worse about the fact that people were noticing my problem. If it was said in a derm waiting room, then it wouldnt be so bad-as long as the person who said it to me had a problem too!!

hell i wished someone told me about this site 2 yrs ago.... i didnt realize there was such a site like this..... so you could look like an ass possible but they would thank you in the long run.... but yeah how would you come across someone and tell them hmmm... 5 mins later still thinking.... oh right i dont go up and talk to people in the first place...leave a note

I would be pretty upset if someone had told me to go here. The only place I can think of where the blow wouldn't be so hard is in a derm's waiting room, where acne is the norm. Of course, I can't afford to see a derm and get prescription acne treatments since I have shitty insurance, so I don't intend on spreading the acne.org word anytime soon.

Make a fake email address on yahoo.

be polite and nice and email them a link. be like 'yea i have acne or w/e problem and this site really helps me get through my emotional stress' blah blah blah the whole enchalada. they will thank you in their head one day

Actually, that would kinda make me feel like a loser, and people would ask me, "If you're so into this acne.org, why do you still have so much acne?"
