I've read that if someone is taking a b5 supplement, it is a good idea to accompany it with a vitamin b complex and biotin.

My question is this - what sort of amounts of these supplements should someone taking 10 grams of vitamin b5 a day take. Thanks for the help.

Also, would drinking 1-2 litres of water a day flush the vitamin b5 out too quick and not give it a chance to absorb?

I believe you're suppose to take 1-2 of the B100 complex a day at a different time than taking the B5. As far as the water goes, 1-2 litres isn't too much, just don't drink a lot with or 1-2 hours after taking the B5.
