hi, I am new here, and I have acne.
I just wanted to now what are regimens?

nevermind I just read it.
I read in the boards that a lot of people are putting ice on their face but i didn't see that in the step by step thing.
???
and also am I suppose to wash off the BP?

Ice and chilling the BP did absolutely nothing for my acne. I stuck with it for a week and a half and saw no improvements. Thats just me though, it probably worked for other people.

Don't wash off the bp. Just rub it in until you can't see it anymore.

what's with the ice tho? do i put ic on my face right after i put BP on.
then i put moturizer?

Ice is for the acne cure- ice down your face then put cold bp on and sit for 10 minutes with cold packs on the face. Dan's regimen is just bp. The ice is not working for me either. NeedHelp keep looking around here and you'll find the different regimens that are helping people. For me it is Dan's regimen- wworking very well!

about dan's regimen...i just put the mosturizer on after 10-15min
do not wash it off?

Yeah, don't wash it off. Let your skin absorb it, after it absorbs you can't see it anyway.

can someone give me a link or tell me what exactly is the acne cure regime? (the one with the salyic acid and ice BP)??
