I have started Dan's regimen for a couple of weeks and although the improvement is not rapid, there is still some significant improvement.
However, my lower cheeks, the area to the left and right of my mouth, seems to be a bit swollen. I never really noticed it until i went out and all my friends asked why my cheeks are swollen. Some even ask if i have mumps!! :) Is this normal?? Should i continue my regimen? My cheeks used to have some acne and cyst so could the swelling be due to the acne or cyst???? :-k

You could be allergic to BP. Swelling is one of the symptoms of that. I know when ever I use 10% (which I don't anymore) That my eyes swell up terribly. I would stop using for like a week and see if the swelling goes down. That should tell you that it is the BP causing it and you're either going to have to move down %'s and if you're already using 2.5, you may have to find another form of treatment.
