I'm a freak too. I have a clean pillow case everynight, and a clean face towel everynight. Its a lot of work, but i think its essential for my skin.

After i wash my pillow cases and towels with soap powder, i then wash them again with just a water cycle, to remove any traces of excess soap powder.

After drying my towels, i even fold them a certain way, so that my face only touches the side which hasnt touched anything, and the pillow cases i turn inside so that i get to sleep on the side which hasnt toughed anything.
