So I've been on the regimen for about 2 months and it did clear me fairly rapidly (I only had mild acne to begin with though).
Yet I just recently got 2 new big pimples on my forehead this week and I don't know what from.
The only thing I can think of is that I've been hanging out at some local pubs at my school and they are very smokey places.
Can smoke be an irritant that can cause me to break out. I didn't even break out per se, it was only 2 (albeit large) pimples. Thanks for any info.
Is smoke an irritant?

Hey,
Umm think this has come up before, mixed opinions I belive :-k
IMO seeing as smoke is generally no good for you I think it would contribute to a breakout, not on any major scale but having toxins in smoke clog your pores can't be too good for ya'

Another thing I should mention is that I only started recently (1 week ago) to use the full 2 finger amount of BP. Undoubtedly this could be a factor as to why I may be breaking out still. I had just been using one finger for my whole face. It did clear me, but for preventive measures I'm gonna keep the dosage to 2 finger fulls.

Well, I experienced a breakout after my second week, because I had used BP before I jumped right in with one finger, then after 2 weeks went to two fingers (then I broke out) which it seems quite a few people see improvement then a little backlash before good improvement. Wouldn't worry about it too much just keep up the regimen in time it'll do wonders for you if it's already worked a little.
Good luck.
Good luck.
