Yes, a few weeks ago someone here taking B5 said that one's urine should turn a bright yellow neon colour.

B vitamins make your urine a lot more yellow. I take b5 and b-complex and my piss is dark yellow. It was usually almost clear before. Totally normal. By the way, they have given me a lot more energy also.

I was surprised when I saw the subject header of this thread, because I've been involved with vitamins and health and nutrition for about the last 35 years, and I've never heard anyone claim that pantothenic acid (commonly but incorrectly referred to as "B5") colors the urine yellow. I think you folks are confusing it with RIBOFLAVIN (vitamin B2), which does indeed color the urine yellow, not pantothenic acid.

If its bright yellow then its b5 or b6 one of the two.
If its stinky and dark yellow then you're dehydrated

Pay attention to what I told you: it's RIBOFLAVIN (B2) which does that! Forget the pantothenic acid and B6.

Your particular pantothenic acid supplement evidently includes riboflavin.
