in the shower?

can I do the wash part in the shower? Does this make a difference? and if yes hot or cold water?

Of course you can wash in the shower. Warm water is fine. Dan said that the cold water part really isn't neccesary..

ummmm I kinda dont mind a cold shower....so maybe I will do both....

I do all my washing either in the shower on with the shower head... i never use the sink. Jus lean over the bathtub.

Bleh my mom was shouting @ me the other day form using the shower head over teh bath... I don't think too often you see :) knelt down I just point it at my face head on and SWOOOOSH!! water coated bathroom :)

*ahem* anyway, my face feels more refreshed using the shower, must be something to do with it being high powered rinse rather than pitiful splash from the sink.
