i keep getin like 2 news a day but they arent bad but im trying your method and how long do u think it will take for those 2 a days to stop and minmize it to less than 2 a week

You should probably notice quite quickly that you are able to get the spot count down to about two a week. Some people have had to stick to the regiment for several months to start seeing full improvement though. Just don't give up and im sure you'll get there.
