i notice a few ppl here use baby products..does anyone else? is it effective because it's so gentle..no fragrance etc?

so far i've seen ppl use baby shampoo, baby oil, baby powder and the moisturiser for the face...do u think these cheap and simple products are more effective then the high end brands full of crap?

I had to use baby body wash for a long time b/c my skin was so sensistive (excema and itchiness and stuff). It was better than aveeno skin releif for adults, and super cheap. It's usually just gentler. My derm. also told me to use baby sunscreen, as it's gentler and less irritants are in it.
