Hi guys! Its been one week and the regime is working great so far. I get whiteheads some mornings but other than that all my old acne is all dried up. Skin is dry but I notice it working, i love it! and it seems that my acne scars are better as well. Wish I had a digi cam so I could show you guys the results. I gotta find a new moisturizer though ( i use cetaphil ) it seems to give me whiteheads and make my skin really greasy yuck!

If cetaphil is not working for u get something else. Try Alpha Hydrox moisturizing cleanser it’ s really good.

ive been on regimen for one week too.

i had mild acne when i started anyway coz i was using other treatments (n-lite, glycholic acid etc etc etc ive been using everything!!!) that reduced it to mild... but so far the regimen is working well. i think it will work fine in a few weeks or so. sure i had dry skin a bit but i reduced the amount of bp. i only use 1-2 fingers of bp now. my skin tone is a little strange but i dont really have any new spots which is good. just a few pathches where i still have old spots but they are inactive, just red marks. generally speaking i have a lot more confidence now as a result

my moisturiser has salycrlic acid in it (or whatever its called..) does this matter? its johnsons & johnsons clean and clear moisturiser.

i've been on the regime for 3 weeks now
its working wonderfully
the first week was a pain
but now everything is working really well, i am just waiting for the scars to disappear, then'll be clear.

do u guys notice that when u do break out during the regime, the acne are like really tiny whiteheads that u can just scratch off?

yeah scar it's true! even the ones that start off as the painful, deep ones. when you're on the regimen, they just become little, dry whiteheads right away! /

yea SCAR that is true the whiteheads are small ones u can just stratch off!
