Need recommendations for a few problems (on products)

Alright. A few questions! First off is it bad to shave each day? I use the neutragena shave cream but my face is not to happy when I shave each day :)

Next is that it seems like moisturizers that I use help with drying but becayse they leave a "grease layer" on the top of my skin it causes me to breakout. Any suggestions?

Lastly is about retinal creams. I have been using one for awhile and I notice many parts of my skin always seem red ALL the time. Is that normal?
