I was looking through the pictures in the lounge.. and I hope i'm getting this right, but in your pic you have completely clear skin and I read that you've used the regimen. Did you have red marks? That's what I'm worried about, and it would be so encouraging to hear if you did and yours went away so nicely. Thanks!

Hey, I'm more than happy to help out... I had moderate acne before I started. I followed the regimen exactly how dan asks us too and started initially clearing in about two weeks. I went through the phase of red skin and minor peeling. I did have red marks. But with my skin I noticed that the BP actually made them go away faster. It took me about 3 months to clear up completely. I do my face in sections. One cheek first, then the other, then my chin and then my forehead. Rubbing each one in completely until I move on. Also, Dan says not to, but I exfoliate with apricot scrub at least three times a week and I find that this really helps to keep me from being flakey. I wait about 15 minutes after the BP application and put on my Eucerine Q-10 anti-wrinkle moisturizer (which I love) and don't use any moisturizer at night. Sorry this was so long! I hope it was some help and if you have anymore questions feel free to ask! Good luck w/ everything :)

Hey :) (Have been away a bit) Thanks so much for the reply. I'm pretty much clear now.. I've been using the bp for a month. But I do have red marks on my forehead. It's so good to hear how well it worked for you and that you had red marks as well (and now they're gone). How long did it take for your red marks to go away? (You said you were clear in 3 months but I was just wondering if you meant red marks also). So you applied the bp in the morning as well? I only use it at night. I'm very active and sweat a lot so I didn't want to try using it in the morning because I read that it goes 'milky' when wet. What do you think I should do? Maybe I should try anyways? I was thinking maybe I'd get more results if I used it in the morning too, as recommended. I don't get any noticeable peeling from it anymore.. I only did for about 2/3 night when I first started using it. Is this normal? Thanks a lot :):) Any input would be appretiated.

Yeah, the red marks were gone within that three month period as well. I do it twice a day and am not crazy active, but I live in a town where in the summer the heat index is 105... so I definately sweat and haven't had much problem w/ the BP and that. You know glycolic acid helps get rid of red marks.. In the mean time, just invest in a really good concealer. i really like cliniques 'advanced conceal'. best of luck!

There's one that I really like called "Aqua Glycolic" They make really good face wash and face cream. It's a little expensive (like 13 bucks) but it lasts for a while. Where are you living? I don't know where they sell it. It's manufactured in North Carolina, but I've heard of people in Cali using it. It's good stuff though.

I live in Canada. I don't care how much.. I have to pay $10.00 a tube for the neutrogena bp anyways.. lol I don't think we have that here, but I'm sure I could get something else with it in it. What %?

I think you want to look for 8%... I know there are lots of other products out there w/ it.
