Hi Dan,
I'm using Liquid Neutrogena as my cleanser, Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15 and Neutrogena OnTheSpot. I've been using this for over 3 weeks and my skin feels dry after washing and wating for 15 minutes. Purpose and Cetaphil is not available in Malaysia. I still get quite a lot of pimples, most of them are mini little grainy ones but I get like 1 or 2 super sixed ones once in a while. Please advise me on what to do. Thank you.

Well could be a few things.
1.) Your cleanser and or mostrizer is not right for your skin. I havent had expereince with those so i cant tell you. Is there anyway you would be able to buy cetaphil from an online store and have them ship to Malaysia?
2.) Your skin is still adjusting to the regimen. THis could very well be. Its only week 3. As long as that sounds to you, the skin might still be adjusting...i say give it 2 more weeks and if it doesnt get any better, try switching cleansers.
3.) Your not using enough mostrizer. Have you viewed Dans videos? He uses a lot of mostrizer for only his chin area. If you watch the video, look at the amount Dan uses for his chin. Now take them amount, triple or quadruple it....and that is how much you should use for you entire face.
BTW, what type of skin do you have? Oily, dry, sensitive, etc?.
Jim

Thank you Jim.
I found the Cetaphil Bar already. The packaging looks kind of old. In Malaysia, there is this traditional Chinese pharmacy called a medical hall. I never thought that I could find something like this there. They mostly sell herbal remedies.
I've used the Cetaphil and it's much better than Liquid Neutrogena. I'm not sure what skin type I have. I think it is sensitive. I have like lots of blackheads on my nose and visible pores on my cheeks. Is that counted as sensitive?
My skin itches sometimes, is it normal? The Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15 I use like puts a white layer on my skin. Which cleanser and moisturizer are you using, Jim?
I thought that by 3 weeks it should at least be clear already.

Well, I use cetaphil gentle cleanser and Eucerin Renewal with spf15. I also have sensitive skin. My skin stills feels dry after I wash my face, but once i put on the mostrizer I am fine.
About the 3 week thing being clear, its different for everyone. Some clear in week 3, some dont start clearing till week 5. Just give it more time. I say give it at least 6 weeks, If you see ZERO imporvment, then i say it would be safe to change regimens.

Thank you for the tip. Sometimes I don't wait until 15 mins before I put the BP...Do you think that that has something to do with not clearing up soon? :-k I hope that it can clear soon...How long have you been on this Regimen, Jim? I'm already in my 4th week today. I still get pimples you know. That's what's frustrating me. I've been doing the regimen for like nearly 1 month already and still just minor improvements..In the What to Expect page..It's written that the breakout is supposed to clear faster than normal..Maybe that's true but that's written for week 2. Does this mean that for me 2 weeks is equal to only 1 week in the What to Expect page?

My skin is still feeling dry...I'm still using the Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15. I have no time to get it..I think I will get the Alpha Hydroxy one this weekend....Now I'm already into my 5th week...And I still have a few big pimples which are still like under the skin...Feeling kinda down...My whole face is left with red after pimple marks...I hope what Jim says is true...That I should clear by the 6th week

Some people take a few months to totally clear.
However, the regimen must be followed precisely, and at the center of the regimen is using LOTS of bp. If you're not doing this, you'll probably never get clear. Watch the videos another couple times to make sure you're doing everything just right. Also, wait the alotted time between parts of the regimen. In short, do it exactly as outlined. This is how it works.
As far as dryness goes, dryness is normal after washing. I'm dry every time after I wash. Then after I moisturize my skin is back to balanced.

Hi....I'm using 2 finger length amount of BP....Now I get these super big ones again...It seems like more of them are coming out. I cannot find a good moisturiser. The Moisture SPF 15 is leaving a white layer on my face and doesn't really stop the minor flaking.
