b5 vitamins!
where can i get them for cheap?(outside of toronto... north)... i checked costo but they only sell b complex and b 50 complex. haven't seen b5 there though.
help would be appreciated. thanks.

hey u can try any health store and ask for Panthothenic Acid (B5) ^^ like try the nutrition house or somethin like that.. or if not they can always order them in for u if they don't have it, some stores do that =) good luck

why panthothenic acid?... is it the same as b5?

yes, even so, ask the person in the store... cuz that's what i did before i asked for B5 and the salesgirl said.. oh u mean panthothenic acid.. or google it to make sure ;P

does anyone know how much 5g or 10g is compared to a teaspoon? I dont have anything i can weigh it out with.
