IM A 34 F AND FEEL LIKE I CANNOT CONTROL BREAKOUTS - ACNE FOR ME REALLY STARTED WHEN I WAS APROX MID 20'S - NEVER REALLY HAD IT AS A KID - I HAVE TRIED ACCUTANE 2X - DIDNT DO MUCH MORE THAN DRY MY FACE OUT HORRIBLY, - I WAKE UP EACH MORNING TO SEE WHATS NEW ON MY FACE - I HAVE EVEN GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE I CANT GO TO WORK ON REALLY BAD DAYS BECAUSE I KNOW MY FACE WOLNT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT THRU 8 HRS WITHOUT (SORRY FOR FOLLOWING DESCRIBING WORD..) OOZING - I JUST WANT THIS TO STOP AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, RX'S, OVER THE COUNTER ETC... - I JUST PURCHASED ACNEPRIL AN ALL NATURAL PILL...... I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO TRY NEXT!!!

Im 22.. I've been breaking out since 12. My face has gotten a lot better since my younger years, but I’m still SUFFERING. It's been a decade, but feels like a lifetime.

I'm 28, have had acne for about 6yrs now, and I cant take it anymore. I recently started antidepressants because of what acne has done to my self esteem and social life. I really hope the meds work! Just started Doryx and using differin, sumaxin wipes and clarifoam cleanser

24, Started wheni was 15 .

Only get oily now thankfully with the occassional breakout.

Turned 25 this year, my acne came back after a lull of about a year or so after taking accutane.

53 here. It started when I was 13.... That makes 40 years of this.

I guess the key word here is never give up.

I am two weeks into Dan's recommended regimen plan, and added Clindamycin pledgets twice daily and Tretinoin topical in the morning. It really seems to be helping!

I plan to add Niacin 500mg. (niacinamide, vit.B3) and topical Niacinamide gel, based on posts here in the adult section. These niacin products seem to have great promise for many with adult skin problems.

I'm 42, had acne since I was 11. Been on anti depressants also. Never been married. It has been a major factor in my life. I'm glad I found this site. But a little too late. I am trying the niacin 500mg with the likas papaya soap and green cream. I really like the way the green cream feels on my skin. It has been a week but so far it stopped 2 cysts from getting big. 1 is completely gone and the other is being stubborn but not real big.

Im 38 and have been dealing with acne for many years. I have 2 teenage boys already in high school and they too are now having to deal with acne but I chose to take them to the derm right away and so far there skin hasnt been near as bad as mine ever was

30, had it since I was 14/15. Seems like it's been a looooonnng time.

A couple of accutance courses really helped, but I'm far from clear skinned, and it still really effects my confidence on a day to day basis.

im 40 had ance sence i was about 17 i've tryed everything been to so many different derms i lost count of them all the last one put me accutane 4 months in i lost my job an was taken off it because of the cost it cleared me up right away and stayed clear for about 4 months now im on dans regamen & i love this stuff
