Since about 4 days ago I have been breaking out like I had the chicken pox or somthing. I am currently using Retin-a-micro, benzaclin and minocyclin. Thing is I have been without minocyclin for about 3 weeks close to 4 and without benzaclin for about 2 weeks. My face was practically PERFECT for the exception of a few red spots here and there. What I think may have caused this TERRIBLE ](*,) breackout was what I think a mayo sandwich. I NEVER eat mayo, and the other day I woke up hungry and just ate some mayo with some bread ( big mistake ). Next day I feel my face more greasy then I have felt it in about 7-8 months. Then BAM ! my chin starts to turn red and lumpy. Few hours later white-heads starts to form. I didn't pop the first day, 2nd day I did. Now I have multiple blood-red spots that start from my chin and work their way up to my left cheek. I am getting my medications on Friday
/ . What I am wondering is if this red marks will scar, what I mean by scar is turn red and remain red for like 5-6 months. Can someone help me please. I feel terribly depressed and don't feel like going outside or anything. Just can't wait till Friday to get my meds again. Help me please !!!!1 ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

well you said they were whiteheads that you err dispensed with....they are pretty superficial and sit right on the skin surface...I would say that the marks will mainly be gone in 10 days or so. Certainly red marks can sit around for many month buts their length of stay seems to depend on how deep the tissue injury was in the first place.

The "lumpyness" has dissapeared and now all Im left with is a large red mark ( about the size of a pinky fingernail ) and various 4-6 small red dots on my left cheek. I have been applying retin-a-micro and my skin around that area has been peeling like as if I had a sun tan. Can anyone explain to me why this is happening and should I peel the dead skin off, as I have been doing ? Thanks for any feedback
