This online chemist sells a couple of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide formulations - Panoxyl Aquagel 2.5 and "Oxy On-The-Spot" (sounds like Neutrogena On The Spot?) available in 40g and 20g respectively.
I've just ordered a tube of each (just had a breakout!) and no I don't work from the company. I think I've ordered from them before though.
Best wishes,
Amy.

Thanks for the link... i was after another UK company to try out, i normally go to www.pharmacy2u.co.uk which is a great place to shop from.
Also, if you're bent on trying both brands, try the Panoxyl first... that way the worst is over with.
Alternatively, don't use the Panoxyl... EVER!

I'm new here so I'm sure it's been covered elsewhere, but unfortunately don't have much time.
What's wrong with Panoxyl?

Burns an dries out *MOST* peoples skin. I had to add *MOST* because it seems that it actually works for 1/1000 people, lol. So that 1 person woulda flamed me.
But seriously, it's no good for your face. I might try some on my body, i used to use it around my shoulders, can't remember the results tho. #-o

I live in Ireland and order the neutrogena on the spot from the US. But as its quite expensive for all you get, I now just use it in the morning. I've started using Brevoxyl at night which I get from expresschemist. 40g tube for about 6 quid. Its 4% bp which could be drying, but I've been on the regimen for about near 2 years and it seems to be doing the buisness. Have to agree about the Panoxyl whatever %, the stuff is alot of balls and can do serious damage to your face, stay well clear.

wonder if expresschemist will accept the panoxyl back and give me a refund... I've recently spent £40 on a pot of Elicina too (which I've since read about and may be nothing more than gunk, well i suppose it is gunk because it's 80% snail secretions) so anyway the acne business is doing well out of me !

Thanks for pointing out the evils of panoxyl aquagel - my skin has been drying out BIG time, so now I know why. I have just posted a question in the regimen section about this, but I think this has answered it.
Now I know to use oxy-on-the-spot cream, can anyone recommend a good cleanser bar that is easily available?
By the way, what is the advantage of buying from an online pharmacy as opposed to Boots? Is it cheaper?

I jus answered your post in the other forum.
I'm glad you mention that the Panoxyl didn't work for you either... i seem to be the only here at the moment who's singin to that tune.
As for the online buying... i normally buy about 10 tubes of BP plus whatever else (pore strips, maybe moisturiser and soap) so i get free delivery if my order is over £50... in that way it works out cheaper, coz it's normally cheaper anyhow, plus the free delivery... makes it oh so much more convenient.
An on my regimen a tube lasts around 2-3 weeks anyhow, so each order lasts me a few months, hehe. =P~
Plus i've got better things to do than goin to Sainbury's for 10 tubes of BP, lol.
