about ten days ago i got this horrible under the skin lump. i have had a few of these before and leave them a day and when i squeeze (i know i shouldnt) all this crap comes out and the inflamation goes down and then it heals. but this one i got was different. i tried squeezing and squeezing and nothing would come out, it was just a lump so i left it and after a few days it went but it has left a little bump under the skin where it was. how can i get rid of it:? should i ice it? put a pin to it and hope for the best or just leave it? will it go away with time?

ice it for 15 mins
then put a dab of BP on top of it if the swelling goes down.
if the swelling doesnt go down, i dont know what to tell you.
