My derm charges something like $80 for cortisone shot. I'm getting tired of paying that much for a drop of cortisone. Does Zeno device work on occassional cystic flare up? I'll gladly pay $225 for it if it works as advertised to end my misery. Thanks!
Zeno device: what's the verdict on occassional cysts?

From what I've heard on the message board, Zeno isn't worth the money... The repeated processes necessary to eliminate a blemish can be tedious, cost and time consuming... Zeno only works on fresh bump, meaning that the second you feel a blemish surfacing, you have to apply the Zeno device immediately, a luxury most ppl. can't afford... If you need any more assistance please feel free to ask...

I use it on cysts and the earlier I catch the cyst the more effective the Zeno is. It works really well if you the pimple is under the skin and full of puss but does not have a head.

Zeno isn't suppose to work on csystic acne. I've had one since last summer and the only pimple it works on are regular ol' red ones. No white heads, no black heads, and no cysts.

I heard it's a waste of money too.

It's great if you've got very mild acne, that's it. It removes a few pimples, and that's it. No, it's not meant for cysts.

I bought the Zeno about 3 weeks ago and am very happy with it. I use it on papules with surprising success. If you catch a cyst early it is effective even though the instructions say that it is not at all effective on cysts. I used it on a papule which I had had for a week (they usually last almost a month for me). It flattened significantly after the first treatment, even though the redness remained and completely disappeared (aside from redness) by the 3rd treatment. The redness disappeared a few days later.
It is an expensive device, but I have found nothing comes close in the treatment of my papules.

I find that extremely hard to believe....it says clear as day it's not meant for cysts, you might just be lucky. Almost every1 else on this board has said in other threads that this thing is crap, except for VERY mild acne.

I read in another thread that it worked for someone's cyst and that's why I even tried it on my cyst, despite it saying that it is not effective on cysts.
It definatly worked on my one cyst. And it has worked on various papules.
