There is a lot of talk about 2 and 3 week intervals and if there is a difference. I will go ahead and test it out by doing my next 2 sessions 2 weeks apart, to see if if results pick up even more.
I do have a lot of hyperpigmentation along the scars, and that is the only thing that seems to stick around. They are kind of a faded red colour-almost a light bluish-purple. With a Sunless Tanner, you cant see them though.

Her name is Myra Thomas and she comes up under the provider search in smoothbeam.com. Laws in GA don't require a credential check on anyone purchasing medical equipent though ( she outrightly admitted this to me). I do feel ok though since I am consulting with "tinainfl" (user name ) who is aldso going there next week. She seemed really nice and helpful and even went so far as to do a test spot on my left cheek area where I have 5 wide rolling scars at 12 joules for free. It felt a little uncomfortable ( like a stingling feeling). She showed me where the setting was displayed on the didgital reading device thingy (machine looked exactly like it came from candela) and it said smoothbeam on it.

(1) Like Niko Said, Sketchy, because you don't have the formalities of a clinic.
or
(2) Custom Service, you might just get a more personalized service, @ a better price.
anyway, good luck!

For starters, on the trip, I noticed that my skin looked better in the rear view mirror. Scars seem to be "shrinking" and "filling."

I haven't been able to find the electric razor, so I haven't shaved yet. But, I will do a minature update. Take all of this into consideration:
(2) Treatments --- >
It's been 36 days since my first smoothbeam on a setting of 12.
It's been 11 days since my second smoothbeam on a setting of 12.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(1) I would say that active ance has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY since I started my smoothbeam treatments. I previously remember having at least one good size pimple everyday. In my past vaction of 8 days, I only got about 5 smallish blemishes. I didn't get much sun, so UV isn't a factor.
* take into consideration that I use BP nightly (mixed with moisturizer), and SA (pads and toners) thoughout the day.
(2) Pore size has shrunk SIGNIFICATNLY. My skin really looks nice and plump. A lot of small large pore scars are starting to look like just pores. The doctor was bragging to the assistant that smoothbeam was the only lazer to do "that." "That" referring to the doctor pointing to the pores on my nose.
(3) SCARS. I would say that the appearence of scars on my face has improved. The scars are all there, but I must say that they appear to be filling. Since they haven't filled to the rest of my face, they are still visible. It's extremely difficult to judge such a thing like the depth of a scar, but I beleive the underlying tissue is rising.
Example: I have a saucer like scar on the puffy part of the face next to the nose. This scar is a classic moon crater type. It's not very big and there arn't any scars in the immeidate area, so it hasnt really bothered me, but it paints a perfect picture. I remembered it to be rather round. Now it appears that the underlying skin has rose significantly on one side of the "crater" - to give make the once full moon (of a scar), a waning moon. The scar's edge is no longer a fully defined circle, rather a fading cresent.
It is still extremly earlier to be 100% confident in my observations, but I'm in better spirits. It is sometimes suppose to take up to 3 treatments (3 months) to see INITIAL results.
I'd be gald to answer any questions.
