Well, the redness has being fading away... um I think my skin is gonna heal like an year. I prosume. I don't know but, when I broke out last year. It had been a nightmare. I don't know if you seem my before pics. But, I do have a picture when my whole face is cover with acne. I mean too much.
I think your gonna clear quickly with Dan's regimen. cause' you seem to be moisturizing. I never did. I guess that's why it never work for me.
Anyway, um...
I will still visit your journal and see how your doing.

Jazzercise??
Jazzercise is like aerobics but with more dance moves. Fun

I read all through your journal and your album, Claud. It's so amazing to see how far you have come. I can really relate to you because we both have tried just about everything!

Thanks. It means a lot to me

I just couldn't help myself...because the Epsom Salts trick worked so well the first time, I decided to do it again. I know that we are suppose to stick exactly to the regimen until we are clear...but I just had to do it again, because it works like magic for me! The cyst on my left temple is just a little patch of dry red skin now. The old, stubborn purple one has shrunk in circumference. The cluster on my right cheek has flattened out a LOT. All of this since yesterday, folks. Should mention that my skin feels uber dry this morning.
On the other hand, I do have a new pimple just under my jaw line, by my left ear. I put tons of BP on it last night. At the rate things are going, I expect it to be gone in a day or two. It is a little painful, though.

I would think that salt being a natural substance wouldnt interfere with the regimen too much...especially if you are just spot treating.

yeah, a massage would be nice. i might do that! i live about 1.5 hours from the beach (in either direction). the stress of driving would probably cancel out the relaxation factor, unless i spent the night. it's definitely a good idea, though. thanks, sixx!

Anyway...I am having a GREAT face day. I think my cat is helping me
So now I'm sitting here with an Epsom Salts poultice on that spot and a few others. It itches so I know it must be drawing out oil. Yippee. I love Epsom Salts!
Such a hap-hap-happy day

My sweet boy is a Maine Coon named Elrond. I didn't name him (thank the breeder) but it's after someone in the Lord of the Rings. I love him to pieces, except when he lays on my keyboard while I'm trying to work. He HATES traveling. When I take him in the car to visit my parents he meows/protests very loudly.

Thar he is!!!
so cute =)
THANKS, I'll tell him you said so!
Skin's looking purty good today. The "cluster" on my right cheek turned into what I thought was going to be a cyst last night. I did my full regimen with BP, then went to bed with Epsom Salts poultice on my cheeks. This morning, there was a head on it. When I was doing my BP this morning, that one drained naturally. There's still a red bump, but it's empty. Yay! I still have a little active one on my left cheek. Other than that, it's all just red marks!!!
Can I just mention how great it feels to be taking good care of myself? Not only am I doing Dan's regimen, but also recently went back to doing Jazzercise, and began researching how to take better care of my naturally curly hair (which I've always hated!). Instead of just doing "whatever' I'm seeking out advice and help from others, and it feels really nice when people are kind enough to share their beauty secrets! Fun too.
No pics today. Too busy workin'.

Skin's looking very good today. I wore makeup this morning, and from a distance it almost looks like I am clear.

Looks like things are progressing for you.
My only concern is which makeup you are using. I know it's hard for people to hear this, but I swear every foundation out there caused me problems. So, just be careful with it.
Wishing you well!

Thanks for checking on me Brandy! Since I live in Florida (where most people avoid foundation because the humidity strips it from your face quickly) I don't wear foundation very often. I am wearing some right now because of all the dark red patches on my skin. But I work at home so I don't have to wear it every day. I just picked up some L'Oreal last night because it was on sale at Walgreens. Hopefully, I won't have to use it very much! When I do wear it, I plan to use Clean & Clear Makeup Remover (label says it doesn't contain any acids or BP) just so that I am sure to get it all off.

That's good you can go without the foundation most days, I think that really helps!

Brandy & Sixx: I'm originally from the Midwest, but I had enough of that about 10 years ago. I love Florida so much, especially now that my parents spend the winters here
My skin is terribly red right now. I wish there was a quick fix for that.
On the good side, I got some new hair products in the mail today. My curls are air-drying right this very minute. Wish me luck because I'm going out tonight in the rain
Happy skin day everyone!
