I know there were a few mentions of this product and a few had amazing results, but had to go through an initial purge or breakout.
It's like a drop that you put on your skin and it somehow penetrates the pores onto the glands to ease oil production. It's a Vitamin A drop with one drop equivalent to 12,500 IU, 2.5x the DV of Vitamin A. But it says it will not go into the bloodstream...but isn't your skin full of bloodvessels? I have hep B, so of course I will stay away from this product if it leaks into the bloodstream, but has anyone tried it? What was it like?
At $20/bottle for 2 months, it sounds like a decent deal and you won't cry too much if it doesn't work since it's relatively cheap.
I am interested in reducing my oil, and thus reducing my pore size...so does this help with pore size?

i tried that stuff, and it gave me the worst breakout this millenium....it gave me a bump on my nose that has yet to go down in over three months...the initial purging on topical vitamin a is the worst initial breakout ive ever seen.

My condition isn't too bad that I'll purge a bunch of stuff out. My pores are relatively clear...but just in case, I'm going to try this drop on a small area of my face...maybe on the side of my cheek, just to see how it goes.

I just started trying it, but in combination with Green Cream (high-retinol OTC treatment) ... am hoping to clear out my chronically clogged pores.

I got some type of a breakout, but its more of an allergic reaction than a breakout. It's similar to me eating peanuts. The ingredients are:
Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Vitamin A, Clove Oil, Vitamin E.
I have like, small red patches on my face...it isn't anything major, but I will give this thing another try, on the same area tonight because my allergic reaction stems to my forehead and such. But it was more "severe" around my right cheek area. We'll see.

Hmmm, that doesn't sound so good ... I take it you do have allergies?

Yeah...I'm allergic to all types of nuts, shrimp, shellfish, and sesame. I'm hoping that since it's a little bit, maybe my body will eventually fight it and become desensitized.

Have you been reading the antihistamine thread?

Unfortunately, anti-histimines only do so much for me. I took one and my skin has these hives like welts on it. So it's not pimples or anything. It's funny though, my skin is very sensitive to oils around the face. Yet everywhere else it doesn't even trigger it.
But after using some cleansers, boy...those welts have spread. I think the oils might have something to do with it.

Oh, yeah. Vitamin A is fat soluble, so the solution is all oil. Not all oils are comedogenic, so that's not necessarily an issue ... but the reaction BL is having does not sound good!
