bp will make your red marks worse than ever!!i learned the hard way thanks to a shitty dermatologist.
i don't know about moisturizers,someone should suggest some.

I don't know that moisturizer will make your red marks better, but I have noticed that it calms the skin and prevents it from becoming irritated. Sometimes Red marks can pop up if your skin is more inflamed than usual. When I use moisturizer, I find that I actually break out less and my skin is much more soft and smooth. I would suggest Eucerin for sensitive facial skin, or neutrogena combination skin moisturizer.

a moisturizer with lactic acid since it gently exfoliates... exfoliates sheds dead skin cells allowing new ones to form so with time it does
