Is it the only way to remove marks?

Can it cause scarring?

ive been doing this lately and it helps heal the marks faster, IMO... u just gotta make sure ur doing the amount ur skin needs(trial and error) i do it once a day (evenings) and it works fine for me....but of course u gotta give it time

IPB Image i do jess's method (i use purpose gentle cleansing bar+ oral b electric rotating toothbrush ...just go over allover my face...i do this once*night* and i go through my t-zone twice*morning and night*...since my t-zone is oily...) and then rinse with the soap again...splash cold water....wait about 10 mins and then moisturize and thats it...my old red marks are so much clearer ever since i started doing this

It's a long damn process. Peels help the most.

Technically yes. It's slowly forcing them to the top and to gradually dissipate.

What i dont understand is that there are 2 ways of getting rid of redmarks; Time and Exfoliation. But they're 2 completely different things. With time, you wait for redmarks to fade(maybe sink into to skin or something). With exfoliation, your take off dead skin and maybe a layer of skin so the redmarks "come out" faster.

Which one is the right way of getting rid of them? Well i tried time for a long time and that doesnt help. Ive tried exfoliating but not nearly enough.

I guess im going to try exfoliating for a long time and see what happens. My bro uses some clinique scrub that is ALOT gentler than st ives. I'll probly try that.

if ur gonna do that then try not to over do it...maybe a couple of times a week....if ur an oily fucker then everyday will be fine depending on the ingredients in that product, just if u dont know what ur doing u could really mess ur self up by over-irritating ur face and causing more breakouts, so be careful

i dont know why ur scared of jess's method, it truly is the best way to exfoliate but hey, whatever tickles ur pickle

exactly exfoliating and giving it time....meaning by exfoliating once or even a week ur marks are gonna go away, but they will diminish....people get impatient...and yea u could just leave em alone but exfoliating speeds up the process

Ive been using the aspein mask. Ive done it three etimes and my red marks are already looking better.

All it is, is SA but i dont know why it works so well. My marks have become pretty mild after having them for a year so i guess thats a factor.

poker...i dunno...i just dont like the fact of rubbing my face with a toothbrush. That may be TOO harsh. Ill just do some gentle exfoliating everday.
