Whenever I have a fever or its super hot and I sweat a lot, my redness lightens, can someone explain that?

It's an illusion, the rest of your skin gets red due to the heat and it matches the rest of your face.

It's an illusion, the rest of your skin gets red due to the heat and it matches the rest of your face.
yeah it's this, just makes all your face look red, I get that too.
