which of the 2 do u guys think is the best..i've never used glyolic acid..but im thinking about using it...do they sell it in the stores or is it prescription only?

Well, I would say that Glycolic will clear mild to moderate redmarks completely after about 3 months, and fade severe redmarks all in all about 6 weeks to 14 weeks. For hydroquinone to work it takes about 12-14 weeks AND it doesn't remove them completely just fades hyper pigmented area.
You can get Glycolic Acid Peel kits off ebay, start with a 40%.
