does anyone have these dried up crusty pimple where the pus is dried up and its like a honey color. when will they fall off??

if it looks a lil red.. gently wash ur face with water then apply a soft cloth with hot water and gently press onto it, and keep doing it till it goes out by itself.

i tryed that but my skin is dry and sensitive so it mades my face more red and irritated. should i put BP on it?

No, crusty pimple means all the bacteria is gone and when you pick/pop them it usually turns into a crusty scabish area. Best bet is to apply Polysporin/Neosporin every 3 hours
