god, stop worrying so much about those tiny marks, u should feel lucky that u dont have much like some of us. Go to member gallery and see the REAL red marks and real acnes. I know how ur feeling when there are even mild acnes on ur face but listen to me, stop worrying too much, its not even that bad compare to my face, mine would be 20x time worst. Let time heal those fu-ckers

Hello, he wants help to get rid of it, not to just be told by people that theirs is worse!
You could try some glycolic or some other sort of peels, or topicals to peel off some skin etc and the other things that are mentioned in the big threads in these forums, however don't get your hopes up because none of them seem to have worked for me.
Maybe someone has a better suggestion though.

OK WOW.
it is red marks left my mild acne after 10 FREAKING MONTHS of DIFFERIN every single night..so dont say its NOTHING..ok u can say its little or small, but DONT say its nothing. i stuck with differin with all the side effects(RED FACE,itchy FACE,DRY SKIN,ecZEMA) and if u tihnk its nothing then **** you.
and im not going to settle less then a clear face.
NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO...?

are you still on differin right now? if so, get off it for 2 weeks and let your skin settle. after, get something with some glycolic acid in it. not a peel, but a cream with glycolic acid. md formulations makes a facial cleanser with 12% glycolic acid i believe and im seeing some good results.

Oh. My. God. Your red marks are horrendous. If my red marks were as bad as yours, I would probably have killed myself by now.
Anyway, try AHA and see if that will improve your skin's condition.
