i have a similar problem. it appears to be what looks like a large red zit. and it hurts like a mf. im 100% PURE. but going to lose it soon and i dnt want anything to stop that

Hello, I understand that this issue has previously been answered and I have carefully read all the answers. BUT I would like to post a reply anyway because I've been having a similar problem and it makes me anxious.
I have a zit that hurts a little but only if I touch it. It's located on my penis near the beginning (closer to my body); never had it near the top. I've been able to press it and makes puss or/and water come out of it, but it's still there and still hurts when I touch it and if I press it again, bloood comes out. I have had these in the past and I know from experience that now that the liquid stuff has come out, it'll heal and disapear in a couple of days if I stop masturbating or touch it till then. It'll leave a scar, that will eventually disapear too.
I had this about one or two months ago and to years before that. I have never had sex or oral sex and I've been suffering from acne for the past 10 years (I'm am nearly 22 years old).
I am super clean (shower once or twice everyday).
I do wear stretch briefs from time to time, but I hardly see how that could create a bump on my penis. Irritation I could understand, but a bump with liquid inside... not quite sure.
It looks like a pimple, but a Uber-Pimple that hurts more (probably because it's on my penis !). I think that I had something like this on my neck once too, but I'm not sure at all it was related. It's red, really defined and roundish like a pea but a smaller.
I've been thinking about going to a doctor, but since I'm a virgin ... maybe it's not that serious...

Sorry to bring back this old post, it's just that I'm dealing with this right now and am curious if there are any additional tips or follow-ups at this time vs 1 year or so ago.
My symptoms are almost exactly as described in the post by lalaisland06, found below, except for the size of my "pimple". I'd been putting Neosporin w/ Pain Relief (NwPR) on the "pimple" located at the base of the top portion of my shaft, um, like this --> }=*==o , a couple of times a day and over the course of a little more than two days, it swelled even larger to the size of a quarter in diameter and almost a marichino cherry in size on top. It was tender to the touch at the center portion and very firm, although not tender at all, around the perimeter, almost hard (npi) and still is even after 24 hours or so. I'm pretty sure it started as an in-grown hair, from shaving the day before, which was only a small bump a week or so ago, then it went wild and ballooned up within two + days. I'll tell ya, it's kinda scary given how quickly it progressed to its final size, color and tenderness, and not to mention the lack of a positive diagnosis - professional or otherwise. Gotta hand it to the Neo w/PR as it really worked to numb the pain being emitted unless it was impacted just right; I just put a good coat on it so it wouldn't dry out. I do think that the anti-bacterial nature of the ointment, or any topical antibiotic/antiseptic for that matter, causes the pimple to ripen sooner, but that's a whole other conversation.
It was a very dark purple in the center when it was finally "ripe" enough to drain and what was scariest was that the majority of fluid that drained out, well coaxed out, appeared to be dark blood. While applying a glob of NwPR I noticed a little fluid seeping out from the center and gave it a very gentle squeeze, from the left and right sides, and instead of "popping" like most super-ripe pimples, it immediately excreted a large bubble of fluid without any pain or resistance whatsoever. The fluid just "spurt" out and was like a giant dark red blood bubble instead of the clear, white or yellowish "pus" that's typically found with other ripe pimples. Luckily, it wasn't under the same pressure that causes other pimples to "explode" given the sheer volume of the fluid that was eventually soaked into towels, had it actually "popped" it would have looked like a crime scene in my living room! I was also relieved to find that there was a paper towel nearby that I used to soaked the blood into. More gentle pressure produced more of the fluid which I soaked up with clean portions of the towel. It wasn't long before clean spots on the towel were nowhere to be found and I switched to another paper napkin easily within reach (I can't get up or it'll leak and drip all over the place.) There was an audible, and felt, "pop" around the third "squeeze" and a zithead (pretty good sized and firm, not the watery type) could be seen in the sea of blood in which it sat and then there was another "pop" that I felt, but didn't notice anything that should have been expelled as I soaked up fluid. I continued to coax out all that I could as it was noticeably shrinking in size, but it became extremely tender after the majority of the blood was extracted. I was very relieved to find that the fluid did not have a bad or rancid smell to it. Woo Hoo for little miracles.
It's still disconcerning to know that all of this came from a bump that formed on the shaft of my penis!!!
So, that's were I'm at 24 hours or so later and it's mostly staying fluid free but the firm areas around it are still pretty hard and that worries me a bit... I'm also a bit weirded out at the blood that was coming out vs the usual zit/pus/fluid that accompanies a ripe zit "removal" and it wasn't waterred down blood but looked like the contents of the vial after you've had blood drawn. I guess the towels showed that it wasn't that dark, but either way, it looked pretty dark to me. I'm also wondering if: it will return or if I missed some or didn't get the actual "head"... Gentle attempts a little bit ago coaxed out a very very small amount of blood and it's noticeably smaller than it has been the last couple of days, but it's not ready at all to be drained again, and hopefully won't ever be and just goes away.
If anyone has updates to their previous posts or if you've had the same happen, I'd like to know how it turned out for you.

I followed the same regiment although I had a teytracycline ointment and used that as NwPR didn't exist then; it really would've helped ease the pain. One day in the shower, a gentle squeeze caused the first audible "pop" and looking down I could only see bloody hands being rinsed off by the water cascading off of me. The weird thing with that pimple was that it "popped" a lot of times; I didn't keep count, who would've thought to, but I'm sure it was at least seven (7) separate "explosions". Each of the "pop"s were accompanied by more blood though I do believe I felt what seemed to be a very firm zithead after one of the first ones that was probably the culprit for the pimple to begin with. Now I'm really bummed, if it happened twice already, there's the possibility of it happenning again,
and sometime in the next eight years or so if my calculations are correct...

It is a little difficult to know what you mean by the localization you mention. However, it is higly probable a large hair sack filled with sebum that also may have hardened.
The penis do not have many hairs, but the hair sacks with sebacious glands are really big and can be filled with large amounts of sebum.
This is the first stage of acne, it can develop into a pimple or remain as it is for a long time. Sometimes it is possible to squeeze the content out, be be careful if you try it.
I had such things on my penis, but eventually they went away and I could manage to squeeze the content out also.
The penil skin around the tip also have some natural knots. If this thing is not too large it can aslo be one of thyem.

hey ive got a similar problem, i keep finding small red spots with puss in them on my shaft(allways the underside) im a virgin and have never given/recieved oral sex. im worried because they go away but another one allways pops up in a different place.i dont want to have to tell my parents, im only 14. thanks

ive got small red spots that are little whiteheads, they are allways on my shaft and they go away after a few weeks. but then another few will pop up in a different place. ive had this condition for 3 years and have not seen a doctor/dermatoligist. i am a virgin and have never recieved oral sex. im 14years old and i think it could just be penis acne but have no idea. 
apparently it could be fordyce spots but the only pics ive seen show them as not red and mine are red. thanks im really worried btw these spots range from 1mm-5mm
