Vitamin K, just got it, my plastic surgeon said I had to use it to heal my skin before he could do anything on me. Anyways, will it be good for my redmarks?

i know it helps heal cuts quicker. sorta like green veggies. i didnt know it was for ur skin tough. I was ordered by a doctor to take oral vitamin-k for another reason that has nothing to do with acne and it broke me out a lot.

Is the St. Ives apricot scrub good for new pimples or acne marks?
