I just got home from the Derm and she sprayed over my face a few times with Liquid Nitrogen, it felt really cold and she said it would help the red marks fade a bit, the scares appear less noticable and fade and help my cyst reside more.

I cant use any topicals for the rest of the day, I can wash and such but no topicals but Ive been home an hour and my face does look alot better, alot of my red marks seemed to have faded.

Ive been on Dans Regime with the addition of the Egg Mask, Apple Cidar vineagar and Baking soda regime and my face is really improving.

Anyways just wondering if any of you have got liquid nitrogen done befor?
