What's the difference between moisterizer and toner? When I am supposed to use a moisterizer, like after the Aspirin mask, can I use toner instead?

hey
moisturizer is to prevent your skin over dry and prevent oily skin for the next day.
toner is to clean your pore and any dirt in your face
so this two have different function,so of course u can't substitute moisturizer by toner.

usually i use moisturizer after i wash my face,to prevent oily face.beside that i also use moisturizer, before i go to bed to prevent oily face in the next morning.if your face dry, your face skin tend to produce more oil.
u better not use moisturizer if u already used other acne medicine such as benzoxyl peroxide

yeah i think toner is just something that the companies want you to THINK you need. it just tightens up your pores and gives you a generally clean feeling. doesnt do a whole lot. might actually dry you out more..

i think u better use astringent as toner since it help u to clean your skin for any dirts.even after you wash your faces, sometimes there is some soap that still adhere in your skin.so if you use toner,it's really clean your pores.

Actually I think if you are on BP, you should use moisturizer.

BP dries your skin. After applying BP, wait 5-10 min for it to dry then apply moisturizer as normal.

Once you apply toner, you leave it on right? You don't supposed to wash it off afterward, do you?

Thank you guys for all the information.

Can you guys recommend some moisterizers btw?

I'm using Cetaphil right now,it's pretty good. But I think it's kind of waste for me since it contains SPF15 but I don't go out a lot...
