Hey there guys. I really am interested in doing a few facial peels but i dont know anything about them. Whats the difference between glycolic and lactic? What other kinds are there?

Whats the best for red marks?
Whats the best %?

Keep in mind i dont anything about peels so any info would help.

there's a buncha info on here man...look around. I've read people havin' a lot of success with glycolic peels; but like everything results will vary. And glycolic is stronger than lactic. It's best to start out at a low % like 30 or below (glycolic). Lactic u might be able to start out higher but i'm not TOO sure. Type in peels and get a million threads though...

yea, glycolic is working 4 me. ive done 3 peels, and seen small results, so im excited about the next peel. remember to start at 1min and slowly build up more time. i add 1 min every peel and have no problems. u also need baking soda to wash it off.
