I just remembered somewhere in the bathroom I have a 85% lactic acid peel that I bought from logan skin care. Supposedly, good for blotchy hyperpigmentation (the broken blood vessels and those from popped cysts). The first time I used it, it just made my skin rough. Basically, the instructions said to apply acid to a gauze and rub in a circular motion on the face, then wait 1-3 mins, then rinse well with water. I read that there's a different way that the given instructions, like something about neutralizing the acid or something.

For those who have used lactic acid peels successfully, I need you to tell me your procedure on using this.

Thanks in advance. I hope that this doesn't give me any downtime or anything. Can't remember much about lactic peels either. I'm really aching to significantly fade my blotchy red marks. smile.gif
