However most of my marks are already 1+ year and, not to be discouraging, nothing has worked for me.
Hopefully you'll find something that works for you! Good luck!

Clarity-C
Baking Soda + ACV
Glycolic Acid 30%
And several other "methods" I found outside this site that didnt work.
Now I'm just starting the "wash once a day" method. I'm not kidding myself....... I doubt it will work for the red marks but at least hopefully the oil production will go down. I hate the oil as much as the red marks

mine were like yours. since then mine have turned pinkish but they are still there. i'm still deciding on a peel or waiting for my derm's advice. in the pics the progress looks good. i noticed you had a before murad pic...does that mean the murad treatment broke you out?
i've been debating peels for the past week now. I decided to just let 'em go for a while and see if they fade. I just wish it didn't take soo long, u know!?! As for the before pic.. yeah. it was murad that caused the break out..errggh!
My marks are like yours or they were, I can't really tell these days
do you have any pics? I've been reading up on fraxel (just on this board, at least) and it looks better and better every day. hehe. It's a lot of money, so I want to weigh out my options before going that route. I know that once these marks fade out completely, there will be scarring.. and my pores will be HUGE no doubt. Please keep me posted on how the laser treatment goes for you. thanks.

As for my avatar.. actually it was custom made then webhosted. However through the power of internet and search engine, you'll see several others with the exact same avatar.
It's too cool to worry about originaltiy

I was wondering if anyone had red marks similar to mine and had any success in fading them?? I keep hearing about glycolic peels and what not, but I'm wondering if my case is a bit more extreme than most. Please let me know.
I'm having success right now. You see, people are taking forgranted the power of vitamin c. My scars are healing great after a week. I'm taking Kirkland's Signature Vitamin C with natural rosehips. Drinking two lemon's worth of lemon juice with little water. And 8 cups of oj. This is how it works
Monday: One vitamin c tablet in morning, one at night. During day drink 8 cups of REAL OJ. I buy Simply Orange, pure orange juice. Chug that thing down within a couple hours.
Tuesday: (Same vitamin c as Monday). During day squeeze two lemons in glass and fill the rest up with water. Drink that baby down!
Wednesday: Same as Tuesday.
Thursday: Same as Tuesday
Friday: See Monday
Saturday: See Tuesday
Sunday: See Tuesday.
Do this for two weeks and let me know what you think. If you like it, keep on going with it. If not, quit it. It'll only cost you $20, but atleast that vitamin c was boosting your immune, it wasn't for nothing. But I believe it will help.

I have redmarks like yours. But they are under my eyes, adjacent to my nose. Ah well, back to looking for the cure. I just might try what Naitch did, except without OJ. I'd rather eat one orange a day and just drink lots of water.
You need to overload on vitamin c. One orange won't do anything, if you're planning to buy rosehip vitamin c then I guess it's fine to eat only one orange. But if you're not considering the pill, you should be eating somewhere between 4-6 oranges a day. Point is, overload!
ChaOS, it gets me pissed that these dumbass teens have the guts to say "Try this *cries* if I only used this Murad stuff in the past, if really works!*. STFU. You just got millions of people to buy a product that does very little and must be used everyday pretty much for the rest of their lives.

I know you are not talking to me, but Clarity-C didnt work for me either. But no, I only applied it once a day. Isnt that the suggested dosage?
I had to stop after 2-3 weeks coz it was breaking me out. I applied it at one area, my right cheek all this while and that area breaks out.
