Spironolactone ? That's for lowering blood cholesterol no?
I don't understand why your dermatologist would put you on that.
Anyhow, this is not my area of expertise since I'm a guy and you are taking 2 powerful drugs which I'm not familiar with.
My best advice would be:
first of all, multivitamins are crap. So it's good that you aren't taking them.
However, it sounds like you're getting your vitamins from the drugstore, I'd recommend against that. Get them at a health shop instead, you'll see the difference between good vitamins & bad ones. (boy that's probably going to spark a debate) Same goes for the green tea, make sure you're getting good stuff.
Anyways, from my own personal experience I've found that steaming/baking powder scrub/ACV works best on my skin. I'd avoid the gel completely.
I would make sure i'm going to bed before 11pm every night.
Now the best way to get rid of your acne is to figure out what's causing it. I'm REALLY doubtful that you are lacking vitamins and that's what's causing your acne.
Usual suspects when dealing with acne:
overloaded liver
candida
congested bowels
high stress
lack of friendly bacteria
hormonal imbalanced caused by another reason
Figure out what's causing YOUR acne, and you'll find your solution.
