Hey. Im 16 and a junior in HS right now. Im taking a weight training class right now and after im done its I really need a shower. Im not sure how that works with the regimin though. I dont want to wash off the stuff on my face but I dont want the sweat to just sit there either. The class is from around 1:30-2:15. Im not sure if using a wash is smart cuz i dont want to over irritate my face but like I said i dont want it all nasty and sweaty either. Should i just rinse with water? I really dont know what to do. Please help. eusa_pray.gif

As long as you do your MORNING regimen in the morning around 8-9, taking a shower at 1-2 isn't a problem, the BP will already be absorbed like 30 mins after you appply it, might want to remoisturizer (takes 10 seconds) just an option though,.

True i didnt really think of that. It is absorbed I guess and the slimy stuff that is rubbing off in shower I guess is just moisturizer and stuff. Thanks and yea i think moisturizing is def smart cuz i noticed after a shower I would start peeling but that was also cuz i used too much bp but yea thanks for the input.

The sweat from the workout will basically cross it out, so take a damn shower.
