Hi,

I had this problem for a few months, and it was really difficult at night. I finally put an end to it by using oats. I just put some oats in a cup, and add a little water. When I take shower, I pour it on my face and leave it on until after I've finished washing my hair and the rest of my body. I did this twice a day. I saw result after 2 days. It actually helped with my acne as well.

No, I don't cook the oats. I tried it once, and when I put it on, my face was frozen. I think it works better uncooked. Someone who suffered from long-term acne itching taught me this. I do have to add, though, that I mix the oat with manuka honey.
