Hi I'm considering in buying garlic-thyme capsules as a supplement to help me internally, although my acne is better with other products I'm using externally, just wanted to know does anyone know anything about garlic for acne, I've been told it may help.

I was taking garlic capsules for a few months but they made no difference to my acne. They're good for your heart though and circulation I believe
