What is the effect of a regular cup of tea made with a tea bag with a little milk in it to make it white on acne?

Does the caffeine aggravate existing acne, or cause new acne to form?

Thanks.

should be fine.
try green tea, red tea or white tea though.
There better than normal tea...
they all have anti-oxidant properties that flush toxins out of your system...
and if your acne is related to diet, then it might help alot.

If you are drinking this tea with milk everyday then it might have some negative effect on your skin especially if you are milk sensitive. Caffeine may have an effect if you are drinking more than 2 cups a day and aren't replenishing your body's water supply adequately enough i.e. you are becoming dehydrated. If you are using the tea to 'kick-start' your body or to wake it up it may also have a detrimental effect on the body once the adrenaline wears off and your body's energy suddenly drops. The effect will mean the body will take away valuable resources used to heal your skin and direct them to more important parts of the body. Remember your skin is the largest organ in the body yet it is the last organ that receives nutrients to repair it.

As burningbridges has proposed, try taking some green tea instead. This is much more beneficial and has slightly less caffeine than regular.

Try neem tea.

Neem is known as "the village pharmacy" because of its anti-microbial properties which have been reported to be similiar to those of Echinacea, Garlic and Golden Seal. Drinking neem tea help relieve digestive disorders, diabetes, and help promote overall well being. Organic Hawai'i neem tea also calls for ginger, stevia, and cinnamon, along with other organic herbs to provide a wonderfully soothing taste

You should drink green tea anyway... It's always in the news lately for having some remarkable benifits on all aspects of health, from mild conditions to serious life threatening conditions.
