For 10% do it everyday but you should atleast do one day's rest, so like six times a week.

10% is considered a light/mini peel. Depending on the forumlation PH and the fact you've never used it before, you could start by using it every 2 days. Every day may be too drying if you've never used it before. You could certainly work up to everyday but let your skin become accustomed first. Just be sure you follow the directions exact in the beginning. As you get used to using it, you can keep it on longer or, add additional days.
After you neutralize, follow up using it with a good biological oil like emu or jojoba (these are the two closest to human sebum) you don't need a lot of oil, just about 3-4 drops for your whole face.
Finish up with a sunscreen (you have to use one if you use this stuff because you can really burn)

Whenever you do an acid peel you're exposing new skin to the surface. In order to keep that skin looking good you need to protect it, hence wearing a sunscreen.
Its the same as with retin A. you are exfoliating at a faster rate so, you have to make sure you protect the skin as much as you can, that skin burns very easily, or, can develop some really interesting problems.
yes, speaking from experience. (lord knows I got plenty of that!)

I can do 50% every couple of days... but that's me. My skin gets rough after one day of complete exfoliating.
