SELF Injecting Fillers for Rolling and Depressed Scars

I'm having a heck of a time finding anyone who even know what subcision is much less someone who will do it locally where I live.
I was wondering, what do you think about doing subcision on yourself?
Isn't it just basically a more traumatic version of needling but done horizontally instead of vertically?
It seems like it could be done on oneself.
What do you think? I really think its what I need to do to make progress but am coming up short on finding someone to do it.
Thanks for you help

Love, is the downtime for perlane longer than restylane? Are there any higher risks with perlane compared to restylane?
Perlane and Restylane have the same ingredients. So, if you respond well to Resytlane, you should likely respond well with Perlane.
The main difference is, Perlane lasts longer because its molecule matrix is larger and more viscous (thick) than regular Restylane.
Thank you for the PM. I am going to talk to my derm shortly. Its been on going throughout the year, self conscious, and I am into my adult years. I thought this would all pass and it has only after taking meds. I still have gotten cystic acne close to my ear, well hidden. It seems its spots where my skin is prone which means, it could scar. For the most part, I have been clear but, I am now seeking a fix for this. I just fear my genetics suck and that, in all probability, I risk permanent damage. I seen a cover up sort of product but, fuck, I am guy. I don't want to have to resort to this. The self help books and stuff have helped. I need to get back listening to the hypnosis. It helped build confidence.

<- Newbie diving in (hope no one thinks I'm being rude in doing so
It's been really interesting reading everyones thoughts and experiences.
I've found several pharmacies in Canada who sell the fillers but it's so hard to know which are genuine and which are scams/ selling messed with products
Would be immensely grateful if someone could point me in the right direction!

Is this counterfeit or the real deal and how much should a syringe of 0.5ml cost?
