I have read a few threads on the benefits of Vit C, E and Zinc on red marks and uneven skin tone? I was wondering what actually is the recommended daily dosages of these, so that I can make sure I take enough to try and maximise it's efffects safely? Also, I am taking vitamin B5 to help regulate my hormones and was wondering if doing this could help with breakouts?
has any of these ever caused anyone to actually breakout?
