Are there any body soaps that help treat red marks I have on my back? (Maybe with bp in it?)

Or

No soap can help against red marks left behind by acne?

i think that i had the same problem that you do -- red/brown marks on my shoulders. i did the cleanser thing but that didnt work. i the reason it didnt work was because cleansers target the causes of acne, not redmarks.
i had good results with aloe vera on my shoulders and back, and great results with baking soda/vinegar on my face. i still used cleansers on my face and body to prevent new breakouts, but i needed a separate regemine to get rid of red marks.
