whats the difference between hyperpigmentation and red marks? is hyperpgimentation mean scarring or is it just another term for red marks on darker skinned ppl? whats a good, natural, safe, non-breakout, way to faderedmarks?

I believe PIH (Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) and red marks are the same.

yes, i believe they are the same as well
and as for the good, safe, natural, non-breakout way to fade red marks
i think there is nothing better than give it time. it'll fade away eventually and you can't get anything more natural than that!
but always apply sunscreen otherwise it could worsen the marks
