Actually if I may summarise it for you:

a) the FDA hasn't studied it.
b) because they haven't studied it, it could kill you, or cause you to become horribly deformed, or it could make you live forever, but they don't know, because they haven't studied it
c) did I mention they haven't studied it?

Seriously, this is all cookie-cutter, cover-fda's ass stuff. The warning about contamination is a generic warning about herbals. They're not saying they've ever found contaminated tea tree oil.

If you really want to be scared check out the MSDS on silicon dioxide (i.e. sand!) You'll never let your kid play in a sandpit ever!
