I think I can get a good milk that won't effect acne and get food items that has alot of calcium too. Like vitamins ^_^

what do you mean by "good milk"? you should only drink cow's milk if it is organic and unpasteurized. otherwise, don't drink it. use rice milk or almond milk instead. soy milk is not healthy. eat kefir (similar to yogurt) for calcium.

Cereal is not the best breakfast food. Try oatmeal with cinnamon and organic fruit.

so you didn't break out for 5 months?
For the past 5 months I've been on a strict vegetarian diet and havn't ate any form of dairy, meat or seafood. I still broke out regularly during my first month which I expected. After that it started to significantly slow down. My break outs completely stopped just before 2 months of my diet.

We are drinking rice milk. The Rice Dream Original, unfortified version. I don't know why but the fortified version contains, D2 rather than the preferred D3 which is usually what milk is supplemented with. D3 is better at helping the body absorb and use the added calcium.

it is ok in moderation OR IF IT IS FERMENTED properly. japanese people ferment their soy producrts to eliminate the chemicals from the plant that can cause harm to our body.
